Machine application range:

Specializing in the production of architectural stretch film structure, tents, truck tarpaulins, PVC oil tanks, large advertising cloths, fast doors, swimming pool liners & covers, large inflatable models, airline hangars and so on. Special pulse welding can be used as auxiliary welding such as for non-HF weldable fabrics such as PE and PP.

About Machines :

HF machines have HF power outputs from 8kW to 25kW for heavier production loads and reinforced heavy duty fabrics.
HF welder can be widely used in production of small and large format tensile structures, membranes, tarpaulin, tents, oil booms, truck covers, swimming pool liners & covers, airline hangars, large billboards, fast doors, side curtains, etc.
HF welders is equipped with special deep and wide trough behind the electrode for material storage and handling. The machine has an optional smooth sliding wheel that is easy to move in the welded structure or move to the ideal position in the manufacturing hall.
